Customer engagement and operational efficiency are priorities for any organization. Our platform and products were designed to get answers from data to the question: “how to sell more, efficiently and economically?”. The reality is that data is increasingly complex (structured, unstructured, internal and external, dynamic and different volumes and varieties) so developing scenarios becomes an arduous and frustrating job as it has traditionally been done for decades (technology, budget, time, organizational structure, human resource competencies, and analytical processes that require them to be recurrent). Therefore, decision making, execution, monitoring, adjustments and evolution become fragile, slow, expensive and highly unproductive processes and, mainly, incomplete (due to the difficulty of organizing the most varied sources of data).

Solution
We set out to create an automated data intelligence technology that allows you to obtain scenarios to amplify results in marketing, sales, distribution, logistics, operations, engineering and finance in a single place. Automation allows you to reduce costs and optimize analytical processes by dealing with data from ingestion to processing the results on a recurring basis and without human intervention. The business scenarios are the result of mathematical models and algorithms based on embedded machine learning that support two solutions: Nxt.Demand with modules Vox, Sales&Distribution, Marketing&Planning, Pricing – and Nxt.Operations with modules Matching&Risk and Optimization. Information consumption is done in a single place with access to dashboards and graphs, report generation, natural language search and data lake generation for use in other environments and integration.
