Fondazione di Sardegna, which has its registered office in Cagliari, in Via Salvatore Da Horta n.2, and its administrative office and general secretariat in Sassari, via Carlo Alberto n.7, is a private non-profit legal entity, with full autonomy statutory and management pursuant to law No. 461 of 23 December 1998, and legislative decree No. 153 of 17 May 1999, and subsequent amendments.
