Graduateland is Europe's largest career network for students and graduates. Graduateland offers a much-needed of international career opportunities, and working together with key universities the network acts as a one-stop-shop for university talent.

Recruiting the most talented students and graduates across borders is a resource demanding and time consuming process.

For young academics it can be cumbersome to obtain a substantial overview of relevant career opportunities because sites are either geographically limited or not targeted their experience level.

Universities do not have the time nor the resources to maintain a sufficient job portal for their students and alumni, or they have to pay for external operators.

Graduateland is bringing together these three stakeholders, and creating a large career network for students and graduates.

Universities implement a plug'n'play portal, which allows their students and alumni to browse relevant career opportunities on a global level, as well as present themselves via a CV database.
Employers can promote their vacancies or perform employer branding, either broadly or very precisely due to targeting via the users's detailed profiles.
Employers buy bulks of Graduateland Credits, which can be distributed across any portal on any service.

Currently more than 25 European universities have implemented the solution, including Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, Lund University in Sweden and Norwegian School of Life Sciences in Norway.
