Haskell Indian Nations University is committed to educating American Indians and Alaska Natives through holistic learning that integrates academics with work and recreational activities.

Located in Lawrence, Kansas, Haskell Indians Nations University has three distinctive degree-granting colleges. These are the college of arts and science, the school of business and the college of education. Through these three schools one may obtain a bachelor’s or associate’s degree.

Haskell is also partnered with several organizations, allowing students to undertake cooperative learning experiences. Among these organizations are the USDA, University of Kansas, the Bureau of Land Management and Department of Defense.

Haskell’s student life offers a rich array of social, cultural, academics, athletic and other opportunities. Clubs include the Apache Club and Dance Group, the American Indian Business Leaders group, a film and storytelling organization, a boxing club, and others.

Student services at Haskell provide career counseling, housing and financial aid. Pell grants and scholarships are some of the financial aid sources available to those who qualify.
