Amit Gupta, Daniel Collins, and Jahangir Mohammed founded Jasper Wireless in 2004 that became Jasper Technologies in May 2014, with headquarters in Santa Clara in California with operations in Alpharetta in Georgia. Jasper Technologies operates as a subsidiary of Cisco Systems as of March 18, 2016.
