Within the enterprise software sector, it prefers to invest in infrastructure software which includes network and system management software; storage management software; and security software and services, supply chain management software, and business application software. Within the outsourced business services sector, the firm seeks to invest in business process outsourcing. It invests between $10 million and $15 million per company with annual revenue between $25 million and $100 million. The firm prefers to acquire control or significant minority stake and also prefers to take board seat in its portfolio companies.
