The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia excels in producing future leaders through its liberal arts and sciences programs and research opportunities at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels. Penn’s admissions are competitive due to its status as a top school in the nation. Financial aid at Penn, as with other Ivy League schools, is awarded solely based on financial need.
