Hunan Great Dream Cartoon Spread Limited Company is focused on the study of computer animation software, production animation, and development of cartoon derivative products. Its TV cartoon series, Hongmao and Lantu (Red Cat and Blue Rabbit), is the first domestic TV cartoon to meet Disney standards, which films at a rate of 24 frames per second. Great Dream was founded by Wang Hong, who serves as the company's national class one director. It is currently the biggest cartoon production and design base in China and uses the latest technology and large-scale production.
