ITB VENTURE CAPITAL, LLC seeks opportunities to bring forward solutions that address the highly inefficient and over regulated banking and finance sectors by connecting the owners of capital directly to the users of capital thereby reducing friction and cost to both parties. The banking and finance sector accounts for approximately 8 percent of US GDP, but captures approximately 38 percent of economic profits. We think that there is a massive opportunity to improve upon these inefficiencies and unlock value creation through the deployment of technology.

ITB Venture Capital, LLC does not operate or manage a dedicated venture fund. We invest our own money and when possible we syndicate our investments via our FinTech Angels syndicate on Angel List. We believe that maintaining a light footprint better aligns our interest with that of our co-investors. We do not charge a management fee or any other fees, we are only compensated through carried interest.
