Launchpower is structured as a fund managed by an operating entity with long term strategic objectives, which allows us to make investments and manage our portfolio from an asset allocation point of view through our fund, Launchpower LLC, while simultaneously providing comprehensive administrative resources to our portfolio companies at an operational level through Launchpower Ltd. Many of the administrative resources They provide are consistent with services offered by incubators and accelerators. However, They are not in the business of incubating startups. They are an investor seeking to maximize our investment returns.
