Adam focuses on sales, service, customer loyalty and culture. He's spent the last 10 years building innovative travel companies that are uniquely focused on customer service as a "killer app."

Prior to Evolve, Adam was the first employee of Exclusive Resorts, LLC, the world's foremost private club for luxury vacations, and helped build it from a business plan into the market leader with thousands of members and over $1 billion in residential resort real estate assets. As Vice President of Sales, he focused on development of the company's membership products, sales processes and team structures. Adam and the teams he managed generated nearly $400M in sales for the company.

Adam was recognized by PhoCusWright as one of the 35 "Young Leaders" in travel for 2011. He holds a B.A. from Indiana University and lives in Denver with his wife and three young children.
