As the Head of Secure Access & Digital Identity, Alastair is responsible for global development and execution of digital secure access services and capabilities and of creating innovation presence in emerging digital identity services. Prior to this role, he was Customer, Markets and Strategy Director for glh hotels. His wide remit covers key aspects of customer development, commercial and operations functions, as well as strategy and digital. glh hotels is London’s largest owner-operator hotel group. Alastair has lived for a number of years in East Asia. Prior to glh, Alastair served Chief Strategy Officer at Chinatrust Bank, Group Chief Strategy Officer at SingTel and Global Head of Consumer Transaction Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. He began his career in consulting, and was a Partner with Marakon Associates and, latterly, Oliver Wyman. He studied Economics at Cambridge and LSE. He is married to Kathryn, with 2 young children
