Alec Ellison, recently left Jefferies where he was a Vice Chairman for the past 5+ years, spent nearly 30 years in investment banking covering technology companies - first at Morgan Stanley, then Broadview International, and then with Jefferies, after Jefferies acquired Broadview in 2003 (he was President of Broadview at the time). At Jefferies, he held various positions in addition to leading the Tech group including Co-head of Investment Banking and serving 7 years on the firm-wide Executive Committee. His academic background is B.A. from Yale (summa cum laude) and MBA from Harvard (high distinction).
