Alex Bardine focuses upon mediation, business negotiations, and international commercial arbitration. Mr. Bardine holds an LL.M. Degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Vice President at Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association as well as an Editor at Harvard Business Law Review including as an Online Staff Editor at Harvard International Law Journal. He also holds a Bachelor of Law (summa cum laude) and Master of Law (summa cum laude) degrees from the University of Zurich, where he is also working on his Ph.D. thesis on Litigation Funding in International Commercial Arbitration. Between 2013 and 2017 Mr. Bardine served as an Alumni Board Member of the Swiss-based Institute for Value-based Entrepreneurship, coaching future leaders and entrepreneurs. In 2018 Mr. Bardine co-founded an MIT-based startup Trustee dedicated to solving an identity fraud issue through blockchain. He is an active member of multiple international professional associations and in his practice focuses on business negotiations. He served as Mediator in Massachusetts small claim courts and also writes and speaks on topics related to commercial dispute resolution.
