In his current role as Chief Restructuring Officer, Alexander is responsible for the company’s global restructuring program.

During the course of his professional career, Alexander has gained extensive experience in various positions in the automotive and machining industry with P&L responsibility in multiple areas. These include restructuring, re-organization, procurement, logistics, supply chain management and lean manufacturing / assembly. He has also implemented working capital programs and is trained in the Toyota production system and Six Sigma.

While working in the capacity of an industrial advisor for several Private Equity Companies, he was involved in various acquisitions and restructuring of portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the EUROPART Holding GmbH where he headed the internationalization of the company, along with re-organization and restructuring activities.

Alexander holds a Master’s degree in International Business Economy (eq.- Internationaler Diplom-Betriebswirt) from International Business School Lippstadt, Germany and from West Virginia University, USA.

Born in 1971, Alexander lives in Cologne, Germany. He is married and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and spending quality time with his family.
