Anais Farges is the Head IT at Instacart, where she is building the company’s global IT department, infrastructure, and procedures. Prior to Instacart, Anais held tenures at Apartment List as an IT Manager and Lyft as an IT Lead. When building out IT organizations, Anais focuses on assembling an empathetic, dynamic, and deeply knowledgeable team centered on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Anais is a passionate sponsor of diversity and inclusion in tech, serving as Founder and Co-Lead of Nightshades, Instacart’s black employee resource group.

Anais received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government at Wayne State University.
