André Rocha is a Principal on the investment team at Glasswing Ventures. André has 6 years of entrepreneurship, strategy, and venture capital experience. Prior to Glasswing Ventures, he was a strategic consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Previously, Andre served as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Rocket Internet GmbH, where he was a key member in the launch and early scaling of several startups, including The Iconic and ZALORA.

André’s involvement in the technology ecosystem includes serving as a mentor at Creative Destruction Labs Montreal, judge at MIT $100k Launch, and coach at Harvard Rock Accelerator and MIT VC Office Hours, helping future generations of graduates explore entrepreneurial careers.

He holds a BSc in Economics from Nova SBE, an MSc in International Management from Bocconi University, and an MBA from HBS. He was a top performer in the Glasswing-HBS Fellows program, which resulted in him joining the firm full-time.
