Andreas Fruth is a co-founder and the managing director at the Global Savings Group and CupoNation, an operator of savings platforms that enable users to discover the opportunities to save from all stores and brands. Previously, he served as the managing director of Rocket Internet and Lazada Viet Nam.

Fruth also co-founded DropGifts, an internet startup that enables its users to send gift cards from a variety of brands via Facebook and mobile apps. He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and a PhD in mechanical engineering from TU Munich.
