I'm motivated by building great products that make a difference in the lives of people around the world. For the past ten years I've been on this mission with WordPress.com, giving individuals and small businesses a home on the web that they can be proud of.

I know that great products come from a position of empathy. First listening to and understanding the needs of your customers, then combining this with intuition, insight, and backing it with actionable data. This is the fuel for innovation, and where all truly great products start.

I've spent much of the last decade bringing cross functional teams together to collaborate and release some of their best work. I'm not afraid to ship, and I know many of the best products in history required continual iteration.
