Antonio Soares is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dock and serves on its Board of Directors. Antonio focuses on developing and implementing Dock’s long-term strategy and is responsible for its corporate vision and performance, including overseeing the company’s plans for growth, expansion and new verticals.

As a fintech pioneer and innovator, Antonio aims to bring the economic benefits of embedded finance across Latin America to empower the region’s unbanked population. Antonio is a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader and is known for his dedication to his clients and partners. He frequently rolls up his sleeves to help Dock’s clients solve business challenges on the back end so that they can focus on delivering seamless payments and banking experiences to their own customers.

Antonio began his career at Dock nine years ago, when the company was known as Conductor. In 2021, he joined forces with Riverwood Capital to buy Conductor and transform it into Dock – the largest, fastest-growing provider of digital payments and banking solutions in Latin America.

Prior to Dock, Antonio served as the head of supply chain at Brazilian retail company C&A Modas S.A., where he was responsible for distribution management and the replenishment, markdown, planning, and reporting process. From 2005 to 2010, he was the Head of IT and Operations at ibi Bank, where he was responsible for processing cards, IT, infrastructure, and back-office operations and led the transition to Bradesco Cartões and integration with Bradesco’s system. Previously, he served as a senior manager at Accenture and as a coordinator at Telesis Corporation.
Antonio studied Computer Science at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
