As Chief Technology Officer, Ashok Pinto is spearheading technology strategy and execution that closely aligns with business goals while providing exemplary value and customer experience. Ashok brings more than 21 years of technology and business solutions expertise to Connexions. He has a proven track record of building high-performing global organizations and driving technology roadmaps that have helped companies with operational excellence and accelerated growth.

Prior to Connexions, Ashok served as VP of Global Applications and Technology Solutions at Convergys Corporation where he developed and executed a comprehensive technology roadmap and digital innovation strategy resulting in operational efficiencies, new client wins and industry leadership. He also led technology integration between Convergys and Stream.

As VP of Global Applications at Stream Global Services, Ashok successfully led technology transformation and strategic initiatives that created market differentiators and new revenue generating products and solutions. He was instrumental in establishing a strong technology foundation based on real-time data, analytics and innovation that helped Stream double revenue through organic growth and M&A.

Prior to Stream, Ashok spent number of years architecting, developing and delivering cutting edge networking, communications, contact center and CRM software products and platforms serving multiple verticals including technology, telecom, healthcare, financial services, retail and BPO.

Ashok earned his master’s degree in Technology from NIT Surathkal, India and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.
