Audra Paterna joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is the Managing Director and Head of Global Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake Ms. Paterna was the Director of Human Resources at Carlyle-Blue Wave (a joint venture with The Carlyle Group) where she was responsible for the development and implementation of all Human Resource related strategies and initiatives. Prior to Carlyle-Blue Wave, she was with The Carlyle Group and was responsible for a wide variety of Human Resource related programs and initiatives for the New York office. Ms. Paterna holds a B.A. in English from Simmons College.
