Chai Outmezguine joined the founding team of Scanbuy at its inception and was in charge of developing strategic partnerships with mobile carriers, such as Sprint, Telefonica, and Vodafone, and handset manufacturers worldwide, such as Sony Ericson and Nokia.

He also focuses on forming international commercial alliances. Mr. Outmezguine held many positions at Scanbuy, first as its General Counsel, during which he focused on managing Scanbuy’s growing IP portfolio. For many years he was in charge of Scanbuy’s Global Business Development and was instrumental at developing Scanbuy’s services and taking them to market.

Mr. Outmezguine graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, and the Law School of Essex University in England. He also holds a BA in Finance from the Business School of IEA, Paris. Chai is the holder of several patents on behalf of Scanbuy relative to the decoding and use of linear and two-dimensional barcodes
