Benjamin J. Morrison has served as an Associate since 2012. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Morrison was a Manager in the Transaction Services group at KPMG where he provided financial due diligence services primarily in the energy and manufacturing sectors for both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Mr. Morrison has also served in an SEC reporting role at U.S. Concrete, a former Main Street portfolio company.

Mr. Morrison is a licensed CPA and received his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and his MBA from The Jones School at Rice University.
