Mr. Bernard W. Gray is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Gray Ventures, Inc. He founded the firm in 1991. Mr. Gray was formerly Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Summit Communications Group, Inc. He began his career at Morgan Guaranty in New York City. Mr. Gray is a Director of LiveWire Logic and Overture Networks. He is a Member of Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School. He is also a Member of Advisory Board of New Providence Asset Management LLC.

Mr. Gray has served on the boards of The Council for Entrepreneurial Development in RTP, North Carolina, and the Atlanta Venture Forum, as well as numerous educational, arts, and civic organizations. He served in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam.
