Boris Revsin is the Head of Republic Capital of Republic. He was the Managing Director of Republic Labs, the venture arm of Republic focused on investments in early- and late-stage technology/consumer businesses. Republic Labs holds investments in Carta, FabFitFun, Relativity Space, Coinmine, and dozens of other entities. Prior to Republic Labs, Boris was a Partner at Game Theory Group, an investment firm focusing on early-stage financial technology companies.

In 2011, Boris co-founded Breaktime Media (FKA Dailybreak), a promotional media platform serving major worldwide brands. Breaktime Media raised $13 Million from Highland Capital, Charles River Ventures, and GSV, and was acquired in 2015 by advertising leader Connelly Partners. Prior to founding Breaktime Media, Boris spent three years at UMass Amherst studying computer science and entrepreneurship, taking a year off to work as a Lead Developer and Project Manager for eNilsson, a technology consulting firm attached to the 2008 presidential race. In 2012, Boris was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Program. His work was featured in FastCompany, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Fox Business News.
