Bradford is an Investment Partner for US investments for SOSventures, with a primary focus on environmental and energy investments.From 2006-2009, Bradford Higgins served as Assistant Secretary of State for Resource Management & Chief Financial Officer to the US Department of State where he oversaw the Department’s $30+ billion budget along with its worldwide strategic and performance planning efforts.Previously, he served in Iraq as Director of Strategic Planning & Assessments for the US Mission in Baghdad.Prior to his government service, Bradford Higgins spent over twenty years on Wall Street, as a senior investment banker at Goldman Sachs and CS First Boston working as the banker/adviser to many of the largest and most complex assignments in the US public sector.Bradford Higgins started his career as an associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.He received both his AB and JD from Columbia University.
