Brian has 11 years of experience in venture capital. He joined QuestMark Partners in 2008 and became a Partner in 2015. Brian focuses on investments in enterprise software, vertical and horizontal SaaS, financial technology, and consumer internet. Brian led QuestMark’s investments in and serves on the boards of Documoto, Social Tables (acquired by Cvent), and Taulia.

Brian's investment background is augmented by his experience in sales, operations, and business development with two successful technology startups; StreetAccount (acquired by FactSet) in the financial services space and Information Systems Consulting (ISC) in the enterprise networking sector. Brian was also previuosly a Summer Associate with New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where he focused on the firm’s business development strategy in India and China, while also working with the consumer technology investment team in the U.S. He was also an Analyst with Greenspring Associates conducting diligence on both the firm's direct private company investments and its fund investments in other venture capital managers.

Brian received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College, where he was a two-time All-American lacrosse player, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
