From 1997 to 2007, Brian served as Chief Executive Officer of aQuantive, a leading digital marketing services and technology company which was acquired by Microsoft in 2007. Brian currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of The New York Times Company, a multimedia news and information company and as Member of the Board of Directors of GrubHub Inc., an online and mobile food-ordering company. Brian previously served as as Member of the Board of Directors of Fisher Communications, Inc. from 2006 to 2013 and Clearwire Corporation from 2009 to 2013. Brian earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and his A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard College.
