Mr. McGowan is currently SVP, Lean Enterprise of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s continuous improvement processes nationwide. He most recently served as Vice President of Lean for Con-Way Freight, where he led the organization’s Lean program implementation across all business units. Prior to Con-Way Freight, Mr. McGowan held several management positions at Menlo Worldwide Logistics and Ford Motor Company, promoting Lean methodologies and operations excellence. Mr. McGowan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management as well as a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
