Bryan brings over 20 years of financial and operational experience to Abundant Venture Partners. He also serves as CFO of CareXtend, Inc., an online health and wellness marketplace. Prior to joining CareXtend, Bryan was CFO at Livevol, Inc., a privately held equity and index options financial technology firm and FINRA broker-dealer. There, Bryan was responsible for leading finance and accounting, human resources, and administration, as well as partnering with the CEO on corporate development activities.

Bryan has held similar CFO positions, including CFO and VP of Corporate Development at Junction Solutions, a provider of software and services in the multi-channel retail and food and beverage industries; Partner and CFO for Charter Consulting, a management consulting firm; and prior to that position, he was the CFO for BrightSage, Inc. (formerly Ethnicgrocer.com), an ecommerce technology company.

Bryan spent 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, where he was an Audit Senior Manager specializing in SEC services, mergers and acquisitions, financial and risk management, and capital markets in the financial services industry.

Bryan is a CPA and holds a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. Bryan and his wife, Jodi, live in Chicago, Illinois with their three children, Evan, Aaron and Anna.
