Bénédicte de Raphélis Soissan is the founder and CEO of Clustree. In 2013, after 4 years in a consulting firm, Bénédicte wished to change career, she then analyzed 500 career pathways similar to hers.From this need, Clustree was born, wanting to revolutionize careers management in large companies thanks to big data. Since, it raised more than $3.7M from the VC fund Alven Capital, and angel investors such as Xavier Niel (Free) Jean-David Blanc (Allocine), or Nicolas Brusson,( Blablacar). Clustree was elected HR European start-up of the year at the HR Tech World Congress (2015) and Bénédicte is one of the 10 women in tech to follow in 2016 (Girls in Tech).
