Caitlyn comes to work every day to ensure that she recruits the best possible teachers and leaders for our Rocketeers.

Before joining the Rocketship family, she was the founding teacher at another charter school in San Jose. Caitlyn became passionate about education reform after hearing an episode of This American Life. It changed her view on what is necessary for education, and sought out Rocketship in order to be a part of the movement to eliminate the achievement gap. Caitlyn understands the importance of making learning fun and meaningful, and continues to seek out teachers that will bring this type of education to our young Rocketeers.
