Carol's career has spanned several countries where she's embraced different cultures and has been at the forefront of technology driven ecosystems aimed at transforming the way people and companies transact. As a technology and payments leader, Carol currently oversees Business Development and Operations for global accounts of Ant Financial Mobile Wallets across Asia. Prior to Ant Financial, Carol worked at Google as Head of Business Development. She was integral to the incubation and launch of several Commerce and Payments initiatives as well as building and managing global partnerships and cross functional teams. At Google, Carol received the "Global Partnership Award." She began her career with Discover Financial Services in the US, and then spent nearly three years working in Bangalore, India with IBM and Indecomm Global Services to manage its Business Development. Carol serves on the Executive Board of Wnet, where she displays her passion for empowering women in payments and technology. She is also a Board Members of the American Red Cross of Wisconsin
