Technical assistance in the social, environmental and productive part, pre-certification and socio-environmental adaptation of rural properties (Aliança da Terra, 2015). Master's degree in the area of ​​animal production by the Postgraduate Program in Zootechnics at UNESP - Botucatu (SP). Specialization in meat technology by ITAL, Campinas (2011). I work for one year at Gestão Agropecuária - Goiânia (GO) (2011-2012) assisting feedlots. Experience in food safety, HACCP system and the entire slaughter, manufacture and processing of swine, sheep and cattle through the internship carried out at the Meat Laboratory of Auburn University (USA) in the period of six months (2010). Graduated in Zootechnics from the State University of Maringá, State of Paraná (2010), where during graduation she received a scientific initiation scholarship / CNPq for 3 years (2007-2010).
