Experience in food safety, HACCP system and the entire slaughter, manufacture and processing of swine, sheep and cattle through the internship carried out at the Meat Laboratory of Auburn University (USA) in the period of six months (2010). Graduated in Zootechnics from the State University of Maringá, State of Paraná (2010), where during graduation she received a scientific initiation scholarship / CNPq for 3 years (2007-2010).
