Celena Matlock serves as Senior Vice President, ESG, Internal Audit & Compliance for Sierra Space. She leads the company’s strategy on ESG, integrating the company’s vision of building a platform in space to benefit earth and focus on making a unique and impactful difference within the company and community, and for customers and shareholders. Celena also leads the Company’s Internal Audit and Compliance organization, taking an enterprise-wide proactive approach to stay ahead of risks and guide leadership to the successful achievement of the company’s strategic business objectives.
