Chad leads our Customer Experience team which includes Implementation, Customer Success and Customer Support organizations. Prior to joining Castlight, Chad was vice president of global professional services for Advent Software that delivered project management, consulting, custom reporting/applications, and product upgrades to Advent’s worldwide customer base. During Chad’s 16 years with Advent, he held several leadership positions across the professional services, product management, pre-sales consulting, renewals and the support organizations. Prior to Advent, Chad worked in solution sales roles for a national software/hardware re-seller and in the security industry. Chad earned his BS from Indiana University.
