Charity is the General Manager for Uber Eats in Northern and Eastern Europe. Despite operating in one of the most competitive regions for food delivery in the world, in just a few years she has helped build our business in Europe to one of the biggest and fastest growing markets for Uber Eats globally.

Prior to joining Uber Eats, Charity spent 15 years leading teams in the telecommunications industry including 6 years as a c-level executive for Vodafone (in Europe and Africa) and for Ooredoo in Myanmar. Her career at Uber started off in Asia, where she was General Manager for Indochina - Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Charity is a well-rounded leader having led teams across multiple verticals - strategy, planning, marketing, customer operations, and sales.
