He has extensive experience guiding private healthcare companies through the IPO process and helped them across various capital markets initiatives such as finance sourcing, divestitures and strategic exit considerations.

Charles holds a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago.
