Cheryl Hoffman-Bray is the Vice President Chief Financial Officer | Chief Compliance Officer at Education Development Center (EDC). Cheryl Hoffman-Bray is a vice president, EDC’s chief financial officer, and chief compliance officer. In these roles, she is responsible for the financial management of EDC’s central business administration and oversight for all its domestic and international programs. She is also a member of EDC’s policy-making management council. Hoffman-Bray serves as a resource to other members of senior management on matters of strategy, fiscal control, profitability and federal regulatory compliance.
