I’ve been driving innovation in uncharted regions of finance for two decades. As a trustworthy leader building teams at small startups, large public companies, and most recently around crypto, I develop and execute thoughtful roadmaps that cut through emerging challenges to create value and achieve great outcomes.

It all started at MIT where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and co-founded a distributed computing startup – beginning my incredible journey building high-growth tech companies in Silicon Valley.

Later, while I was earning my MBA, I began pursuing ways to combine my dual passions for technology & finance in the burgeoning world of FinTech. First, I led Finance & Risk Management at PlaySpan, a payments, microtransactions, and virtual currencies startup that was acquired by Visa in 2011. Then I spent five years at Lending Club uncovering insights and building analytics around the company’s marketplace lending platform while leveraging technology to develop innovative solutions for scaling financial operations.

Today I'm blazing new trails and charting new courses as the Head of Finance for Protocol Labs, an open-source research, development, and deployment laboratory. I’m focused on building a next-gen Finance Team that can rise to the challenges associated with deploying large-scale decentralized cryptonetworks.

The most important thing I’ve learned so far? When it comes to the ever-evolving and often unpredictable world of Finance at high-growth companies, the most successful teams are always building toward the future no matter how unfamiliar the territory may seem.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a roadmap? Feel free to reach out for advice – I’m always excited to break down problems, help spot bumps in the road ahead, and think creatively when choosing the path forward.
