Christopher Todoroff is Humana’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, with responsibility for legal counsel for all aspects of the Company and Corporate Governance oversight, including the Company's Law Department, and Compliance and Internal Audit functions. He is a member of the Management Team, which sets the strategic direction for the Company. Christopher has served in this position since 2008.

Prior to joining Humana, Christopher served as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel for Aetna Inc. He was also previously in private practice in New York and Florida.

Christopher holds a J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University.
