Graduated in engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, is currently Customer Experience & Commercial Innovation Lead at the pharmaceutical company Roche.

After a long experience of consulting in consumer practices in Accenture and in the pharma context in IQVIA, since July 2018, she has been working in Roche on Customer Experience, carrying out cross-functional activities in the field of multichannel and digital health with the aim of developing innovation logics through collaborations with startups, seeds and ventures.
