Leadership and entrepreneurship have been long-standing traits in Maldonado from an early age where he worked for an international marketing and fitness company straight out of high school. He was responsible for securing more than 30 state and five country sales partnerships where he learned how to train, motivate, and hire a team of businessmen and women efficiently and effectively. His extensive knowledge of the international community, including speaking Spanish fluently and having traveled to more than 40 countries over the past decade, has given him invaluable experiences with international business operations.
