Daniel Kufer is Director of Strategy, Markets and Development at thyssenkrupp North America, Inc. He is responsible for expanding the company’s market position in the region across four business areas offering products and services to the Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical and Mining industries. He looks for opportunities to accelerate growth and collaboration between thyssenkrupp businesses and strategic partners across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Before joining thyssenkrupp North America in 2015, Daniel spent five years in Strategy roles with Siemens USA in the Building Technology and Molecular Imaging groups. He introduced data and analytics-based methodologies to increase sales efficiency across approximately 100 offices, developed go-to-market strategies for new products and business models, and led special projects requested via the office of the CEO. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt, with further studies in Analytics, Decision Sciences and Business Strategy.
