Darren is Director of Governance Risk and Compliance. Working in conjunction with the various business functions, he is responsible for setting, implementing and ensuring compliance with Group wide policies relating to Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Prior to joining InnoVen Capital, Darren was a Senior Manager with PwC with over 12 years of regional experience in internal audit, risk management and assurance. He was the lead manager for several large projects across the Asia Pacific region and specialises in providing assurance and advises on several transformation work for mainly financial services clients.Darren was also the Asia Pacific Head of Internal Audit for a UK listed asset manager where he led and executed assurance and advisory work for the company in the Asia Pacific region.

Darren is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree issued by the University of Western Australia. His other interest includes reading, and attempting to understand the world of computer codes.
