Darren Woods was elected President of Exxon Mobil Corporation effective January 1, 2016.He was elected Senior Vice President in 2014; Vice President, and President, ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Company in 2012. Mr. Woods has held a number of domestic and international assignments for ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Company, ExxonMobil Chemical Company and Exxon Company International since joining the Exxon organization in 1992.

He has served as Manager of Investor Relations for Exxon Mobil Corporation, Vice President of Supply and Transportation and Director of Refining for Europe, Africa and the Middle East for ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Company and Vice President of ExxonMobil Chemical Company.
