Dave Richard is the QFC President of Kroger. Richard joined Kroger in 2019 as a vice president on special assignments before moving to Fred Meyer, another Kroger affiliate, as vice president of operations. Prior to that, he worked at Albertsons for nearly 35 years, including as vice president of operations for Seattle. Dave Richard attended Portland State University.
