David Lee is a Partner of GP Investments, Investments within the Absolute Return Investments group, based in New York.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Lee was Head of Transactions for Credit Suisse Anteil Capital Partnes. Prior to this, Mr. Lee was the Head of Asset Management Advisory at Perella Weinberg Partners within its investment banking unit, and Head of M&A, Strategy & Business Development at New York Life Investment Management. Previously, Mr. Lee was an Associate at Deutsche Bank’s Financial Institutions Group focusing on asset management and financial services M&A and Corporate Attorney at Seward & Kissel LLP, also focusing on asset management M&A.

Mr. Lee also served as a strategic advisor to BNM Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm in the travel & hospitality industry, and an advisor to Powerscale Capital Management, a private investment firm providing endowment style investment advisory services to ultra-high-net worth families.

Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
