Deb is a Tech entrepreneur & Product Management Leader with over a decade of experience leading global Product, UX & Engineering teams at companies like PayPal, Microsoft, Cisco etc. She is also invited to the FORBES leadership council and co-leads the Women in Product Bay area chapter.

Deb is the Founder & CEO of Criya- a platform with a mission to empowers creatives to launch their virtual design studio in minutes and start working with clients instantly. Criya is a YCombinator W22 company.

At PayPal, Deb was Head of Product leading a global team of product managers responsible for driving PayPal’s AI powered Customer Success experiences. Prior to joining PayPal, Deb was Head of Product at Hitachi’s smart city IoT group.

Deb is also the Founder of Deesignplay blog - with a global following over 150,000 and has been featured on Apartment Therapy, Kitchn, Omysa etc.
